With more than 300 people trained and dedicated to their job, we’re a big employer in the area, and we’re looking for a Surveyor to join our Assets, Sustainability & Health Homes Team.
About You:

- Able to problem solve and makes sound judgements of decision when required.
- Negotiates effectively showing a willingness to find a common ground.
Your Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
You will also need to have the following knowledge, experience and qualifications. Some of which are noted below but detailed in full in the job description:
- Educated to level 4 National Qualification Framework for England, Wales and Northern Ireland or willing to work towards.
- Have detailed knowledge and experience of building construction
- Significant experience of programming and controlling building work
- Significant experience of cost control and budget management
- Significant experience of tendering procedures and contract administration
What you’ll be doing:
As a Surveyor, you’ll take ownership for the provision of Surveying services within the Team. Please read the job description for the full details.
Contract Type:
12 months, fixed term.
Working Pattern:
As a Surveyor, you will work 37 hours per week.
Your working pattern will be Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), however, you'll be eligible for our Flexi Time scheme.
Your working pattern will be;
- Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
